Privacy Policy — Incubro

Incubro is the software development practice of Nitish Sahani, an independent developer providing AI application audits and rapid application development services ("Incubro", "we", "our"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the lead forms we run on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

The short version

If you fill in one of our forms, we collect your name, email address, and your answers so we can reply to you and prepare for your call. We don't sell your data, we don't run mailing lists you didn't ask for, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time by emailing nitishssahani@gmail.com.

01Data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:

Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Instant Forms): your full name, email address, and your answers to the form's questions (for example, what kind of project you need and your approximate budget). Meta may pre-fill some of these fields from your Meta profile; you can edit them before submitting.
Call scheduling (Calendly): if you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email address, chosen time slot, and any notes you add.
Direct contact: anything you send us by email or messaging apps.

This website itself is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you.

02How we use your data

To respond to your enquiry and answer your questions.
To prepare for and conduct the discovery call you requested — including reviewing any app link or materials you choose to share with us beforehand.
To schedule, confirm, or reschedule calls.
To send a small number of directly relevant follow-up emails about your enquiry. We do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists.

Our legal bases under the EU and UK GDPR are consent (you submitted the form) and legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) — and, where we go on to work together, performance of a contract.

03Who we share data with

We never sell or rent your personal data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the above:

Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — delivers our ads and hosts the lead forms. Meta processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Calendly — handles call scheduling under its own privacy policy.
Email and productivity providers (e.g. Google Workspace/Gmail) — used to receive and reply to your messages.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

04International transfers

We are based in India, and the providers above operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EU/UK. Where that happens, the providers rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

05How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data only as long as it is useful for the purpose you gave it: lead and enquiry details are deleted or anonymised within 12 months of our last contact, unless we begin working together (in which case project records are kept for as long as legally required for accounting and contractual purposes).

06Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws), you have the right to:

Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten").
Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
Receive your data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email nitishssahani@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

07Security

Your data lives in the accounts of the reputable providers listed above, protected by access controls and two-factor authentication. We collect the minimum data needed and share it with no one beyond those providers.

08Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

09Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting data we already hold will be communicated to affected people by email where possible.
