As a senior engineer leading a team of three under the CTO, Nitish shipped the mobile suite for a construction-AI platform — the AI takeoff app crews use in the field, a crew-management app, and the business app. Two were built from scratch.

AI property takeoffs, in the field.

Search a property, drop the lot boundary on satellite, and Beam AI returns a measured takeoff — area, price and landscaping features at 98% accuracy. Drop pins, add notes, flag service issues on the map, and export detailed reports for clients.
